Chicken fried rice
- Boneless chicken 250 gm (small pieces)
- 4 cups Boiled rice
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup carrots
- ½ cup capsicum
- ½ cup cabbage
- 3 Eggs
- ½ cup spring onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon garlic (chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- ¼ tablespoon black Pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
Marinate boneless chicken with salt, pepper, soya sauce, and cornflour. Mix all the ingredients very well and keep them aside for 15 minutes. Taka pan, pour 2 tablespoons of oil in it, swirl it, make sure that oil reaches every corner of the pan, and add the marinated chicken. Stir it on high flame. Fry it until the chicken is cooked. Then remove it from the stove.
Take 3 eggs and scramble them in a pan. Keep them aside for later use.
Now take a pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil to it. Add chopped spring onion, chopped ginger, and chopped garlic, and saute for 2 minutes. Then add salt, pepper powder, soy sauce, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, and peas in it. Stir very well. In the end mix boiled rice, scrambled eggs, and chicken with all these ingredients. Mouthwatering chicken fried rice is ready to serve.
Egg fried rice
- ½ kg white rice (boiled)
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup capsicum (boiled)
- ½ cup cabbage (boiled)
- 1 cup green peas (boiled)
- 2 carrots (boiled)
- 7-8 green chilies
- 3 medium-sized onions (chopped)
- ¼ tablespoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Soya sauce
First of all, boil white rice in a saucepan. Add some oil and salt to it. Once you are done boiling keep this rice in a strainer to remove all the water from it.
Then take four eggs and beat them very well in a bowl. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil and beaten eggs into a pan. Stir it constantly and then remove from heat and keep it aside.
Now take a non-stick pan and pour 2 tablespoons of oil into it. Swirl it to make sure that oil reaches every corner of the pan. Then add chopped onion to it. Take 7-8 green chilies and grind them. Add these chilies to the pan with onions and saute them for 3-4 minutes.
Add boiled peas, capsicum, cabbage and carrots, soya sauce, chili sauce, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Mix all these ingredients very well and in the end, add boiled rice and scrambled eggs. Cover the lid for 10-15 minutes and then serve it.
