Ingredients of Cake Pops
- The base cake
You can also use any plain or flavored and crushed biscuit.
- Cream or condensed milk
You can use any cream, condensed milk, or butter to join the cake flour.
- Coating layer
Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, or other flavored chocolate is used as a coating layer.
- Decoration
You can use sprinkles, coconut powder, nut powder, and candy powder to decorate the cake pops.
Preparation
First, put the cake in a food processor and process it well until you get sand-like cake flour.
Now mix the condensed milk to make a paste to make small bite-size balls easily. Make small balls, place them on a tray, and put them in the refrigerator for half an hour.
When the time is over, take the plastic or wooden sticks and start putting them in the middle of the cake pops. But dont transfer the side of the posts to the side.
Melt the chocolate in a double bath and start dipping the cake balls in it.
After the chocolate coverage, arrange the cake pops on the tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set the chocolate cover.
You can decorate the cake pops with sprinkles, almond powder, dried rose petals, fancy beads and make your favorite design on it with white chocolate.
Wrap it or store them in an airtight jar.
Oreo Cake Pops
We all know that children love oreo biscuits, so I decided to use them in pops instead of cake. Using cakes for fathers is a common and ordinary recipe so let’s try something new and different with our favorite oreo biscuits. So, let’s gather the ingredients:
Oreo biscuits 400 grams
Cream cheese 200 gram
Chocolate or candy melts for coating
Sprinkles and candy powder for garnishing
Preparation
Put the oreo biscuits in a resealable plastic bag and crush the biscuits to make biscuit flour. You can also use a food processor to make oreo powder.
Take a bowl, mix the cream cheese and oreo powder, and make a paste so that you can make oreo balls easily.
I used the small ice cream serving spoon to make the oreo balls. You can use other tools that you have, or you can also make the balls with your hands. Try to make balls of the same size.
To make them a little hard and firm, place them in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After that, take the sticks and transfer them to the oreo ball.
Melt the chocolate you have here. I am using pink strawberry white chocolate.
Dip one by one all the oreo balls in the chocolate and place them in a tray so that all the extra chocolate removes from the tray.
Now it’s time to garnish the oreo pops with sprinkles, beads and you can also use oreo crumbs for garnishing.
Again put them in the refrigerator to freeze the chocolate and garnishing setting.
