The pollution and dirt make our skin dull and cause pimples, acne, and blackheads. These blackheads make our skin dull. The blackheads are very common on the face, especially near the nose, because the sebum and oil production is more than in other parts. Blackheads appear when the impurities remain inside the pores and mix with the oil. When it exposes to the air, the tip of the pore becomes black, and thus blackhead is formed.
Pimples and blackheads make us look dull and neglected, and thus, we start losing our confidence. But with a few simple tips and tricks, we can remove blackheads from the nose.
Wash your face
We know that the excess oil produces blackheads, so it’s good to wash your face after a few hours to remove the excess oil and skin problems. Try to use oil-free face wash on your skin to avoid blackheads. Try to use a regular face wash that dont open the pores so that with this, the dirt trap in the pores and causes problems.
Skin cleanser
Try to clean your skin daily with your skin-friendly products to deep cleanse your pores and brighten the skin by removing the oil and dirt. It does not remove the blackheads but can soften and prevent the formation. Try to use natural products for cleansing like:
- Honey lemon and cucumber cleanser.
- Coffee and brown sugar cleanser
- Coconut oil and baking powder nose cleanser
- Tomato juice and turmeric powder
- Yogurt and vinegar cleanser
Must apply a toner after the cleanser to close the pores, and thus your skin remains dust and pollution-free.
Exfoliation to remove blackheads
Exfoliation is essential for healthy skin. Remove your excess skin oil, dust, blackheads, and dead skin cells to look more confident with clear skin. Try to use more natural products than commercial products and exfoliate your skin before taking a shower and rinse with lukewarm or cold water. Perform exfoliation twice a week to prevent skin damage.
Sugar and lemon scrub
Add lemon in sugar and mix to get a grainy texture.
Add your skin-friendly oil like coconut oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, etc. Mix well and apply your skin in a circular motion and massage for 8-10 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
Also, try the following scrub to prevent blackheads:
- Oatmeal and yogurt scrub.
- Raw honey scrub.
- Salt and lemon scrub.
- Masoor dal and milk scrub.
- Brown sugar and cucumber scrub
- Green tea scrub.
Steam shower
The steam shower makes soft skin pores loosen and allows to melt the excess oil, and thus blackheads are removed quickly without any pain. You can also add rose petals and essential oil to the steam to moisture and a fresh look.
Just boil water in a pot and add rose petals to it.
Set your face on it but not too close that it burns you.
Cover your head with a towel so that the stream stay in and you get more benefit.
After taking 5-10 minutes of the steam, clean your nose with a soft towel, and you will notice that all blackheads are gone.
Homemade mask
When you have done all the steps, it’s good to tighten and close the pores. Also, a good mask removes the blackheads and heals the pimples. Try to apply natural product masks to avoid chemicals and toxins. Many commercial masks are expensive, and others are plastics that cover our skin to close the pores, but from the plastic cover, our skin can’t breathe and become dead.
- Egg White and Lemon Juice.
- Cinnamon and Honey.
- Mint, Lemon, and Gelatin.
- Green Tea, Cucumber, and Gelatin.
- Baking Soda and Honey Face Mask.
- Bentonite.
- Oatmeal, Yogurt, and Lemon.
Egg mask
The egg white mask is perfect for removing blackheads and making your nose shinier. Take an egg white egg and start beating it with a hand or beater, whatever you have. Beat for 20 minutes or until it becomes smooth, cream-like, and the loofah-type mixture is set on your face.
Apply one layer of mask and after 10 minutes, apply the 2nd layer of egg whites mask.
After 20 minutes, wash your face with lukewarm water.
Gel facewash and baking powder
Baking powder with gel facewash help to remove the blackheads by dissolving te excess oil and removing dust.
Take your facewash on your hand and add 2 pinches of baking powder.
Mix and start cleansing your skin and removing the blackheads.
Blackhead removing strips
Blackhead removing strips are available in markets that can remove the dead skin layer and blackheads but can’t prevent them from forming again, so you have to use them once a week.
Commercial products are also available, but if you want to use homemade natural strips so, follow the steps to remove blackheads:
In a bowl, add gelatin and water and mix to make a thick paste.
Now put it in the oven for 20-30 seconds to warm it.
Let it cool, and apply the paste to the nose.
You have to cover the nose so that it can work perfectly completed.
After 10 minutes, firmly remove the gelatin strip-like peel-off the mask.
You can use the commercial strips in the same way.
Tips to avoid blackheads
- Use oil to control skin products and keep your skin clean.
- Dont forget to remove the makeup before going to bed, and before going to bed, follow a daily skin cleansing routine.
- Avoid touching your face skin again and again with fingertips, making them oily, and popping and touching the pimples maker more skin problems. So, it’s good to avoid them.
- Use clean and dust-free towels to dry your face.
- Use sunscreen to protect your skin from UV rays.
- Keep your skin hydrated, internally (by drinking water) and externally ( skin moisturizers).
- Use alcohol products.
- Shampoo your oily skin so that the excess oily hair also makes your face skin oily.
- Keep your pillowcase and bedsheet clean and dust-free to get healthy skin.
- Avoid pain killers or medication that can imbalance your hormones. Change and imbalance of hormones also cause skin damage.
