Now there are two methods used mostly to send a fax. 1. Through online fax service. 2. Through a fax machine. And whoever wants to send or communicate through Fax must have to know how to use it. We’ll discuss both of them.

Through Online fax service:

An online fax service provides you with the same benefits as a fax machine offers, but it’s more beneficial as wherever you find an internet connection, you can work. So if you have an online fax service, follow the following method to send a fax.

  1. Open the application from the online fax service.
  2. Select the file.
  3. However, Enter the number to which you want to send a fax.

  5. So, Wait for transmission.
  6. If you want to send another one, send it or otherwise close the program.

Through fax machine:

Your fax machine should be well-constructed to send a fax as well as certain settings should be done. Then once your Fax is on:

  1. Place the document in the document feeder.
  2. Insert the fax number you want to send to, including and extensions and any international dialing codes.
  3. Press send.
  4. Wait for the scanning and mailing.
  5. Take your original document.
