1-     The first step is to boil the potatoes. You can boil potatoes after peeling or peel them after cooking. Peeling them before boiling them is a lot easier, and you can easily mash them.

2-     To boil the potatoes evenly, it is important to boil them in water at the perfect temperature. Do not put potatoes directly into the boiling water. Cooking the potatoes in cold water will contribute to perfect boiling.

3-     In a large pan, put 8-10 medium-sized potatoes, and fill it with water until they dip completely in water.

4-     Turn on the flame and add ¾ tsp of salt. Cover with the lid and leave it on a medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes.

5-     After 20 minutes, check the potatoes by poking a fork in them. If the potatoes are soft enough, it means they are ready to mash.

6-     Drain the water from the pan carefully, as it is hot enough to hold.

7-     Start mashing with a hand masher; make sure there are no remaining lumps.

8-     Once the potatoes are mashed properly, add the remaining ingredients.

9-     Add milk, salt, and butter to make them creamy and soft.

10-  Mix thoroughly and transfer to another bowl.
